1/ Are the bikes handcrafted?

We build each bike from scratch in house. This includes careful hand-assembly and hand-painting of our frames, forks, rims  and other components. The frame illustrations are hand-painted too and then transferred onto the frames using a special waterslide technology. To make sure the frame designs look great and don't wear we protect them with an extra layer of clear coat.

2/ What if I am not fully satisfied with my bike?

It is our main goal to make awesome and reliable bikes that ride just great. It is absolutely crucial for us that our customers are satisfied with their bikes and we will spare no effort to support them in case of any issues. All bikes are covered by warranty and can be returned within 14 days of the transaction date. For more information about our warranty and return policy please visit the pages warranty and return policy.

3/ What is the shipping cost and time?

We normally are able to dispatch the products that we have on stock within 24 hours of the transaction date. The shipping cost and time will depend on your location. For more information please visit the shipping page.

4/ Which bike type should I choose?

First of all, you need to ask yourself why you are planning to buy a bike and how you want to use it.

Do you prefer to ride in an upright position? Will you often carry things by bike? Will you need to install a child seat? Will you often need to climb hills? Do you like to start with just little effort? Do you want to comfortably ride your bike all year?

If the answer to any of the questions is "yes" then we'd recommend you to buy a city bike. Our city bikes would satisfy all of your needs as they are not only comfortable and very practical thanks to their Shimano Nexus 8 gears, mudguards and a rack but also light, agile and very reliable.

Do you love to ride fast and quickly manouver through dense city traffic? Do you need to carry your bike to your flat or often lift it? Do you prefer simplicity and clean design over utility?

In all cases we'd recommend you to buy one of our light and agile fixies/ single-speeds.
