Shipping of goods
We know that you want to receive your ordered goods as quickly as possible. This is why we generally dispatch goods that are in stock within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery times may be extended due to delays on the part of the shipping company, for which we are not responsible.
Please note that most of our products (bikes, frames) are made to order.
We aim to deliver our goods according to the following schedule:
- Poland 1 – 2 working days
- Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria 2-3 working days
- Other EU countries 3 – 5 working days
- European countries outside the EU 5 – 7 working days
Confirmation email
Within 24 hours of purchase, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email and a link to allow you to track your parcel.
Please let us know if you will not be home on the day of the scheduled delivery. We will try to reschedule it.
Shipping cost
We ship bicycles free of charge in Poland. For other items we always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Prices depend on the size of the carton and the weight of the goods. The final shipping cost will be displayed when you add the goods to your basket. If the bike is being shipped outside of Poland, you will also see the shipping cost in your shopping basket.
Parcel damage
In case the goods you have received from us are damaged, please report the damage immediately to the courier delivering the parcel and fill in a damage report with him. Please also send us pictures of the damage and the label that is on the package or carton. Please send the photos and any necessary information by email to hello@locabikes.com.
