All parts, apart from the frame and fork, are covered by a 2-year warranty. This excludes the natural wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g. tyres, chain)

Bikes are sent by courier to any destination in Europe and beyond. The delivery time takes up to 1-2 working days in Poland and 4-5 in EU. Bike shipping costs only 20-40 EUR across EU and is free in Poland.

It’s possible to return a bicycle up to 14 days after the date of purchase as long as it has no signs of use and a custom paint job or technical configuration.

A bike that’s unique and signed with its owner's name is definitely less likely to be stolen. In addition, each frame has stamped serial numbers under the bottom bracket, so you can easily register your bike in a bicycle register database in your country. We also offer the option to buy a robust folding lock or U-Lock.
