Shipping of goods

We dispatch bikes that are in stock according to the following schedule:

Poland 1–2 working days
EU 3–5 working days
Countries outside EU 5–7 working days (For shipments outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the Buyer)

Confirmation

Within 24 hours of purchase, we send an email with shipping confirmation and a link that allows you to track your shipment.
If you know that you will not be available on the scheduled delivery day, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to reschedule the delivery.

Shipping cost

We ship bicycles free of charge in Poland. For other items we always aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Prices depend on the size of the carton and the weight of the goods. The final shipping cost will be displayed once you add the goods to your basket. If the bike is being shipped outside of Poland, the applicable shipping cost will also be shown in your shopping basket.

Parcel damage

If the goods you receive are damaged, please report the damage immediately to the courier delivering the parcel and complete a damage report with them. Please also send us photos of the damage and photos of the label that is on the package or carton. Please send them and any necessary information by email to workshop@locabikes.com.

Custom bicycles

Custom-built bikes are shipped within 4–10 weeks, depending on parts availability, the complexity of the paintwork, and production logistics. Get in touch with us, and be happy to inform you the current lead time for your dream design!

01.How long does it take to get a bike?

All in-stock bikes are shipped within a week. Remember that most orders are custom-made, and delivery time is between 2–3 months.

02.How can I pay for my order?

You can pay:

On-site – card or cash
Online – bank transfer or through our website
Leasing is also available!

We use trusted and secure payment providers, and you'll receive confirmation immediately after payment.

03.How long is the warranty?

5 years – frames and forks
2 years – other components

All bikes undergo thorough testing: frame and fork design, factory inspection, painting, assembly, and test rides. This ensures the highest quality and durability.

04.What does the shipping look like?

Poland: 150 PLN, 1–2 business days
EU: 280–400 PLN / 60–100 €, 3–5 business days
Outside EU: please contact us to check shipping time and cost

For Poland, Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic, bikes are delivered fully assembled – simply attach the pedals and rotate the handlebars.
For other countries, you will also need to insert the saddle and seat post, attach the front wheel, and secure the handlebars.

Yes! With years of cycling experience, we can help choose the right frame size and components.
Already have bikefitting measurements? We'll adjust the components to replicate your position.
No measurements? We can suggest bikefitting locations and then build your bike according to the fitter's recommendations.

06.Do you provide servicing?

Absolutely! We service bikes purchased from us all year round.
Have a bike from another brand? Please call us in advance to check available appointments.
