Return Policy

At LOCA BIKES, we do our best to meet your high expectations and make every effort to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our products. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with it, you may return it within 14 days of taking possession of it, without stating any reason.

Return Conditions

The Customer should only handle and inspect the product in the same way as he or she would do in a stationary shop. The Customer, shall be liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
In case of withdrawal from a Sales Agreement the Product should be sent to the following address: Redarów 28, 52-340 Wrocław.
Where possible, we ask Customers to return goods in their original and undamaged packaging.
The Customer may submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract using the form, a specimen of which is attached as Annex No. 2 to Terms and Conditions. Use of this form is not mandatory.
After the expiry of 14 days from the date of taking possession of the product, LOCA BIKES is under no obligation to accept the return of the goods, exchange the returned goods for other items or issue a refund.
In case the goods you have received from us are damaged, please report the damage immediately to the courier delivering the parcel and fill in a damage report with them.
Please also send us photographs of the damage and the label that is on the package or carton. Please send the photographs and any necessary information by email to workshop@locabikes.com.
Bicycles designed and manufactured to a Customer's special order are not eligible for return, in accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act. This applies to custom paint jobs and individually configured technical specifications. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve the matter!

01.How long does it take to get a bike?

All in-stock bikes are shipped within a week. Remember that most orders are custom-made, and delivery time is between 2–3 months.

02.How can I pay for my order?

You can pay:

On-site – card or cash
Online – bank transfer or through our website
Leasing is also available!

We use trusted and secure payment providers, and you'll receive confirmation immediately after payment.

03.How long is the warranty?

5 years – frames and forks
2 years – other components

All bikes undergo thorough testing: frame and fork design, factory inspection, painting, assembly, and test rides. This ensures the highest quality and durability.

04.What does the shipping look like?

Poland: 150 PLN, 1–2 business days
EU: 280–400 PLN / 60–100 €, 3–5 business days
Outside EU: please contact us to check shipping time and cost

For Poland, Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic, bikes are delivered fully assembled – simply attach the pedals and rotate the handlebars.
For other countries, you will also need to insert the saddle and seat post, attach the front wheel, and secure the handlebars.

Yes! With years of cycling experience, we can help choose the right frame size and components.
Already have bikefitting measurements? We'll adjust the components to replicate your position.
No measurements? We can suggest bikefitting locations and then build your bike according to the fitter's recommendations.

06.Do you provide servicing?

Absolutely! We service bikes purchased from us all year round.
