Safety first

  • Ensure that your bike is regularly inspected by a professional bike mechanic.
  • Always ride your bicycle in accordance with traffic regulations.
  • Always wear your helmet.
  • Make sure you are as visible as possible when riding at night.
  • Use common sense on the road and anticipate that others may lack it.

 

5-year warranty on LOCA BIKES frames and forks


We are confident in the high quality of the frames and forks used on our bikes. Therefore, we provide a 5-year warranty against any material defects in our frames and forks. In addition, LOCA BIKES provides a 2-year warranty on all other parts with the exception of normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as tyres, tubes, grips/bar tapes and bearings. Damage and defects caused by improper use or servicing of the bike (or lack of servicing) and mechanical damage to the paintwork will NOT be accepted as material defects.


Warranty conditions


  1. All Products sold through the Shop are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, applicable within the territory of the Republic of Poland,
  2. The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer and is 5 years for frames and forks and 2 years for all other parts of the Product.
  3. The warranty is granted exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
  4. The following will not be considered material defects:
    1. damage and defects resulting from improper use of the bicycle,
    2. damage and defects resulting from improper bike servicing,
    3. damage and defects resulting from failure to carry out regular servicing,
    4. as well as mechanical damage to the paintwork.
  5. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of consumable parts, such as chains, tyres, or bearings.
  6. If a product defect occurs, the Customer must immediately stop using the product and report the defect to the manufacturer by email at: workshop@locabikes.com
  7. Proof of purchase constitutes the document entitling the Customer to warranty protection.
  8. This warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the rights of the Consumer or entities referred to in § 9 of the Terms and Conditionsarising from statutory warranty rights for physical and legal defects of the Product, as defined in the Civil Code.
  9. The warranty period begins on the date on which the Customer submits to the Seller the completed warranty card supplied with the Product, along with proof of bicycle assembly by a professional bicycle service. The customer is obliged to complete, scan and send the warranty card meeting the above conditions within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Product to the address workshop@locabikes.com
  10. LOCA BIKES reserves the right to request photographic documentation of the damage and to return only the damaged component, rather than the entire bicycle.
  11. LOCA BIKES reserves the right to issue a voucher for purchases in the LOCA BIKES online store with a value appropriate to the value of the damage or defect, if no other form of compensation is possible.
  12. In the case of warranty claims that are rejected, the Customer shall bear the cost of transporting the Product.

 

LOCA BIKES is not responsible for whether customers use their bikes safely or are in accordance with local traffic regulations. LOCA BIKES is also not responsible for the regular and professional bicycle maintenance, which is necessary to ensure the safety of the rider and other road users.

01.How long does it take to get a bike? Icon

All in-stock bikes are shipped within a week. Remember that most orders are custom-made, and delivery time is between 2–3 months.

02.How can I pay for my order?Icon

You can pay:

  • On-site – card or cash
  • Online – bank transfer or through our website
  • Leasing is also available!

We use trusted and secure payment providers, and you'll receive confirmation immediately after payment.

All bikes undergo thorough testing: frame and fork design, factory inspection, painting, assembly, and test rides. This ensures the highest quality and durability.

04.What does the shipping look like?Icon

  • Poland: 150 PLN, 1–2 business days
  • EU: 280–400 PLN / 60–100 €, 3–5 business days
  • Outside EU: please contact us to check shipping time and cost

For Poland, Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic, bikes are delivered fully assembled – simply attach the pedals and rotate the handlebars.
For other countries, you will also need to insert the saddle and seat post, attach the front wheel, and secure the handlebars.

Yes! With years of cycling experience, we can help choose the right frame size and components.
Already have bikefitting measurements? We'll adjust the components to replicate your position.
No measurements? We can suggest bikefitting locations and then build your bike according to the fitter's recommendations.

06.Do you provide servicing?Icon

Absolutely! We service bikes purchased from us all year round.
Have a bike from another brand? Please call us in advance to check available appointments.

07.Can I see the bikes in person?Icon

Yes! Visit our showroom in Wrocław.
