Design: LOCA | Tadek Ciechanowski
The typography was created by Tadek Ciechanowski – he is behind many of our earlier projects and also works in our home city of Wroclaw. The inspiration came from neon forms and the urban aesthetic of cyberpunk. Against the backdrop of satin, raw titanium, the polished logos work like neon itself – drawing the eye without disrupting the simplicity of the overall design.
After glass bead blasting, the frame takes on titanium's natural satin finish. The logos are polished so the surface of the details reflects light, contrasting with the semi-matte texture of the rest of the frame.

Design: LOCA | Tadek Ciechanowski
The design was created by Wroclaw-based artist Tadek Ciechanowski, with whom we have already created many projects. Neon-inspired typography was transferred onto raw titanium and complemented with anodised logos. That makes the details easy to read without overpowering the material's natural character.
After glass bead blasting, the titanium frame is polished and the logos are anodised. That process gives them a vivid colour that contrasts with the satin surface. The finish stands out for its durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

The geometry of LOCA BIKES' urban frames is directly inspired by our gravel models. A wider wheelbase and a modified rear triangle allow for the use of a belt drive and internal gear hub, making the bike a reliable and practical means of transport in any weather.
The well-balanced combination of stability and responsive handling means the bike also performs well beyond paved roads. Thanks to the interchangeable dropouts, you can easily transform the Fluxo into a nimble gravel bike that uses a traditional derailleur.

Our clients were fed up with heavy, cumbersome city bikes that handled like a tank which are all ofer the market. However, choosing a fixed wheel with a road tires is a big compromise in terms of comfort and practicality.
Fluxo TI was born out of the need to create the perfect city bike. We based on a hand-welded titanium frame 3AL-2.5V. Fluxo TI is an investment for a lifetime – ideal for urban adventures, regardless of weather conditions.

Fluxo is an urban bike that draws heavily from gravel bikes. It's the perfect city ride after hours. Whether you're into road group rides or weekend bikepacking trips, you'll feel right at home on this bike. It performs well on both city avenues and riverbanks, and thanks to its maintenance-free drivetrain, it's also suitable for longer rides outside the city.
Practically indestructible, corrosion-resistant, superb at damping vibrations and noticeably lighter than steel – that is titanium. We chose it for Fluxo because of its unique blend of qualities that no other bike material can match. The natural finish eliminates the problem of scratched paint. On climbs, Fluxo feels responsive thanks to its high lateral stiffness, while staying comfortable on long rides and stable under luggage loads. Fluxo's hand-laid welds stand out for their remarkable precision.
No gears means no problems. We opted for a maintenance-free Gates Carbon Drive belt and a minimalist Shimano Alfine 11-speed internal hub with a wide gear range. The drivetrain requires no constant lubrication, the belt wears up to 10 times slower than a chain (over 20,000 km vs 2,000 km for a traditional chain). It's quiet, rust-free, and clean. Basically, it's the perfect option for city riding and variable weather conditions.
Thanks to smart engineering and lightweight components, Fluxo weighs from 10.8 kg. For custom single-speed builds, we can achieve even lower weight – down to 8 kg. Elevator broken? No big deal.
47 mm tire clearance allows for wide, off-road tires if you want to turn Fluxo into a city gravel bike.

As daily urban riders ourselves, we know what urban cyclists need. LOCA Fluxo TI offers not only a stylish frame but also a set of practical solutions. Reliable hydraulic disc brakes and mounting points for front and rear racks and fenders allow for convenient cargo transport: in the rain, for shopping, or on a suburban trip. We've thought of everything.

We know what it means to carry a bike up to the fourth floor daily. That's why our urban model – Fluxo TI bikes have a lightweight titanium frame, carbon fork, and carefully selected components. The bike's weight starts at 10.8 kg, and in the custom single-speed version, it drops even to 8.0 kg, of course without compromising durability!

Every component is chosen with purpose – for any weather or surface – so your LOCA is always ready.
We didn't want our urban bike to be just another cruiser. That's why we started with our gravel geometry – short rear triangle, balanced angles, and room for wider tyres. This way, our urban geometry is great for agility and comfort, even over cobblestones and tram tracks.

That's why we've chosen an internal gear hub – minimalist and low-maintenance. Alfine 11 combines reliability with a gravel-like gear range. Our secret weapon? Gates Carbon Drive belts – ultra-quiet, rust-free, and up to 10 times more durable than a traditional chain!
Our urban bikes have already survived ultra races and multi-week trips, such as the Wisła 1200 race, a trip around Scotland, or a ride from Poland to Spain. Fluxo TI is a recipe for a machine that requires very little maintenance from you.

The first words that come to mind are Absolutely! We design all models with a simple idea in mind: Would we want to ride them ourselves?
The bikes undergo rigorous durability tests and multi-stage quality control. The frames meet European ISO standards. Additionally, we test the models on our behalf in a leading German laboratory, EFBE, according to even more rigorous standards.
Each unit undergoes: frame quality control upon receipt, paint quality control after painting, and technical inspection after assembly. We work with regularly calibrated torque wrenches from one of the best brands on the market, Wera. We only use professional tools from renowned companies such as Park Tool, VAR, Unior, Wera, Shimano, SRAM, Cyclus, Enduro, DT Swiss, and Feedback Sports.
We want to be proud of every bike you receive and create products that you can ride with confidence for years to come.
