Design: Pfishova
Paintwork: Dreamworkers
Features: Libre CF, wireless Rival AXS drivetrain, Dandy Horse carbon wheels, integrated cockpit
Illustrations – here turned into a true work of art! All thanks to Wroclaw artist Pfishova.
After applying the white base coat, Pfishova began the painstaking work – every drawing on the frame was applied by hand! Once completed, the entire piece was covered with a layer of matte clear coat to ensure durability for years to come. Our client also opted for a unique configuration – the wireless SRAM AXS drivetrain works flawlessly and allows for even more minimalism, and the wheels are the excellent Dandy Horse ARV – a model with ultra-light rims and laser-engraved logo. It's a sight to behold!

Design: Dreamworkers
Paintwork: Dreamworkers
Features: Cielo AL, Shimano GRX drivetrain, Dandy Horse carbon wheels
The 90s in full swing – we love this era and it clearly shows in the paintwork! This unique project was created by our favourite paint shop – Dreamworkers. The bold colours are reminiscent of candy stores and childhood amusement parks.
This was quite a challenge! The number of colours and geometric patterns made Chromatic Blitz a very labour-intensive project that required flawless precision and a lot of patience from the painter. But it was worth it – the effect is breathtaking!

Design: Dreamworkers | M. Skupiński @kodo_interiors
Paintwork: Dreamworkers
Features: Libre CF, Campagnolo Ekar 1x13 drivetrain, Campagnolo carbon wheels, integrated cockpit
Campa and pure design for our client working in architecture, who himself had a big part in the paintwork design. You can tell he knows his stuff, because the final effect is amazing!
Paintwork with a characteristic gradient reminiscent of the iconic UCI flag finished in full gloss – classic. The whole design goes perfectly with the unique configuration – the exotic Ekar 1x13 group was the first gravel group with as many as 13 (!) gears on the market. Add to that an integrated carbon cockpit – also painted by us – glossy carbon wheels, and the result is a perfect bike.

Design: Dreamworkers
Paintwork: Dreamworkers
Features: Cielo AL, SRAM RED AXS, mullet drivetrain, ENVE carbon cockpit, DT Swiss carbon wheels
This is the kind of paintwork you don't forget! Inspired by technical military camouflage, the design looks ordinary from a distance, but when you look at up close you'll see a crazy amount of details. We didn't even want to ask the guys at the paint shop how much work went into it ;)
The paintwork required the application many layers of paint – under the dense mesh pattern are blotches characteristic of typical camouflage. Executing this pattern precisely was a real challenge. This build was one of the lightest aluminium gravels in our portfolio. With the combination of SRAM RED + XX1 + ENVE + DT Swiss, it couldn't be otherwise!
Design: Monika Paskud @paskudtattoo
Paintwork: Monika Paskud | Dreamworkers
Features: Gravel CF, SRAM AXS, DandyHorse
The paintwork of this bike is a unique combination of literary imagination and the mystery of galaxies. Inspired by Lewis Carroll's poem Jabberwocky and space – the passion and work of the bike's owner, who is a scientist.
An incredible project hand-drawn directly onto the frame by Wroclaw-based tattoo artist – Paskud Tattoo. After applying the first layers of paint, the creature design on the front of the bike was hand-painted by Monika, then sealed with a clear coat to ensure proper durability. The configuration features the classic and reliable GRX 1x11, interestingly paired with a modified derailleur cage from Garbaruk, which allowed us to run a massive 10–50t cassette that was not standardly possible with that version of Shimano's drivetrain.

Design: Tadek Ciechanowski @tadek.ciechanowski
Paintwork: Dreamworkers
Features: Fixed Gear AL, fixie, Mavic Ellipse wheels, Brooks Cambium saddle
A bold project referencing the colourful '90s. Tadek created this design for us many years ago, yet today it still remains one of our favourites. Because of the characteristic yellow-blue main colours, in the company it was nicknamed after a certain Swedish furniture store where you can eat iconic meatballs :)
Paintworks with many colours and geometric patterns are always the most labour-intensive – every transition has to be done perfectly. The entire piece was finished with a full-gloss clear coat. The wild design contrasts with a minimalist configuration – this machine is nothing other than a fixie, a bike with only one gear!

Design: Tadek Ciechanowski
Paintwork: Dreamworkers
Features: Libre CF, Shimano GRX 1x11, carbon wheels, integrated cockpit
Another return to the '90s! It's easy to see we're big fans of this era ;) This is one of the first projects we did for our carbon gravels. The entire design was created by Tadek Ciechanowski – a Wroclaw graphic designer and photographer we've worked with for many years.
The project was finished in satin – the characteristic final layer comes from as a clear coat, which thanks to its different composition, diffuses light in a specific way, creating this elegant semi-matte effect.

Design: Pfishova
Paintwork: Pfishova | Dreamworkers
Features: Alto CF, SRAM AXS, Dandy Horse carbon wheels
Hand-drawn, striking design by Wroclaw-based artist Pfishova. The hand-drawn illustrations inspired by racing, finish flags, and speed, perfectly capture the spirit of this fast road bike!
Like every hand-drawn design, after applying the first layers of paint (this time with an interesting gradient), the drawings were applied by the artist, and then the entire piece was covered with glossy clear coat, which perfectly highlights the graphics on the frame and provides proper durability. Dandy Horse carbon wheels, cables hidden in the stem and classic Gravelking tyres with brown sidewalls perfectly complete the look.

LOCA is our adventure – born from a passion for bikes, and still going strong.
Over the years, we've poured in hard work, heart, and energy to get to where we are today. We're proud of every single bike that has left our workshop, and every step that's helped us grow along the way. Take a look at where it all began – and where we're headed next!
LOCA BIKES is, above all, about people - enthusiasts who love bikes in every form. We not only design and build them, we also ride a lot ourselves.
You will find us on the road, on singletrack and in bike parks. If you share our passion, let us know - maybe we will ride together.
Back in 2015, he started LOCA on his own. He learned the basics of bike mechanics while fixing his BMXs, inspired by legends like Dave Mirra and Matt Hoffman. After years in the IT industry, he decided to finally turn his passion into a business and began building custom bikes.
In his free time, you might find Alex riding pump tracks in Wrocław, exploring nearby gravel trails or spending weekends with his family in the Karkonosze mountains.
At LOCA, Szymon drives marketing and business development, but don't be surprised if you find him working on a custom build too. He's always up to date with the latest trends and tech. Off the clock, he's a cat lover, avid enthusiast, always ready for adventure.
You'll catch him on the trails with the Biketrippin crew. He's happy to help you spec out your dream bike – and over coffee, he's got plenty of bikepacking stories to share.
There's a good chance your bike was built by Karol. He's experienced, precise, and patient – ready to fix anything and happy to share tips on bike care. Always helpful in the workshop, and if you're lucky, he might tell you a few stories about the many animals he looks after at his countryside home.
His favourite riding spots? Radunia and Czarna Góra – preferably fast, downhill, and with a grin on his face.
The steel calf of LOCA BIKES. No one rides more, or faster, than Sławek. He leads sales and customer consultations, and with his knowledge, he's basically a rolling bike encyclopedia.
You'll find him on the climbs around Sobótka – if you can catch him. On his TT bike, he's racking up KOMs one after the other!
In cycling, the most important people are those who ride the bikes. Read what media and our customers say about LOCA Bikes.

The first words that come to mind are Absolutely! We design all models with a simple idea in mind: Would we want to ride them ourselves?
The bikes undergo rigorous durability tests and multi-stage quality control. The frames meet European ISO standards. Additionally, we test the models on our behalf in a leading German laboratory, EFBE, according to even more rigorous standards.
Each unit undergoes: frame quality control upon receipt, paint quality control after painting, and technical inspection after assembly. We work with regularly calibrated torque wrenches from one of the best brands on the market, Wera. We only use professional tools from renowned companies such as Park Tool, VAR, Unior, Wera, Shimano, SRAM, Cyclus, Enduro, DT Swiss, and Feedback Sports.
We want to be proud of every bike you receive and create products that you can ride with confidence for years to come.
